Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AriaStop to shop and enjoy with us. If you are not satisfied with our product or purchase, then we gladly introduce you to our refund policy. We are always here to help at your service.



After you have purchased jewelry from AriaStop, you have 7 days to return an item starting from the date you have received the jewelry. If you want to return the product and get a replaced product or get refunded for the full amount, it is necessary that the item should be in the same intact condition that it was received and should have not been used. The packaging must not be compromised and must be in original shape. You should also send receipt or proof of purchase with the returned order in order to be eligible for a refund.



In case of returns, we will thoroughly inspect your items and notify that the returned item has been successfully received by AriaStop. After inspecting, we will immediately notify if you are eligible for a refund.

In case of approval of return, we will provide you the option to initiate a refund via check or choose to keep the credits refunded in your card to be used for future purchases. If you choose to refund your amount, the check will be delivered within 5-7 business days and will be a post-dated cheque of 1 month so you can easily get your refund. You can also choose other options such as amount being credited back to your card, which will be dependent upon the policies of your card. You can also choose to refund the amount through the same method you used for payment.



The shipping costs are non-refundable items and therefore, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping for returned item and AriaStop shall not be liable to pay the shipping.
